BLUEBERRY KUCHEN 
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
2/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 egg
1 c. blueberries

TOPPING:

3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. grated lemon peel

Mix butter and sugar, add milk and egg. Mix well. Add flour, baking powder, salt and 1/2 teaspoon lemon peel. Pour into greased 8x8x2 inch pan.

Sprinkle blueberries mixed with 3 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon lemon peel over top of dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until lightly brown (325 degrees and 35 minutes for glass pan).
