HOMEMADE NOODLES 
2 c. flour
1 level spoon shortening
1 tsp. salt
1 c. water
2 qts. chicken broth
Chicken gizzards and left over chicken

Mix together first four ingredients. Roll out on floured surface real thin. Roll up like jelly roll. Cut into noodles. Leave out to dry while you cook your broth. Drop noodles into broth and cook with meat. Note - best to cut dough in half and make two rolls.
