COFFEE GLAZED PECANS 
1 1/2 c. pecans
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. water
2 tsp. freeze-dried coffee
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

In large skillet, combine pecans, sugar, water, coffee and cinnamon. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Stir constantly. Boil 3 minutes; stir constantly. Spread on waxed paper.
