BASIC RECIPE FOR "PHILLY"
FROSTING
 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 tbsp. milk
2 1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
vanilla or favorite flavor

Blend cream cheese and milk. Add the sugar gradually, blending it in well. Then add your selected flavoring and mix again. Enough to frost and fill an 8-inch, 2 layer cake.
