TUNA LOAF 
1 lb. tuna
2 c. bread crumbs, soft
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. tomato juice
1 tbsp. onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. parsley, minced
2 eggs, well beaten

Separate tuna pieces by flaking with a fork; add bread crumbs, melted butter, tomato juice, chopped onions, paprika, salt, parsley and eggs to tuna. Pour into a greased 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 50 minutes.
