CORN BREAD STUFFING 
3 cups crumbled corn bread
1 cup bread crumbs
2 cups chicken broth
3 stalks celery, finely chopped
1 large onion, finely chopped
2 egg whites
Freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. sage or poultry seasoning

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix well. Put into an oiled baking dish and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.

Yield: enough stuffing for 10 or 12 pound turkey. 15 servings.
