FROSTED CHEWS 
1 c. sugar
1 c. light corn syrup
6 oz. chocolate chips
6 oz. butterscotch chips
1 c. peanut butter
6 c. Special K cereal

Cook sugar and corn syrup until it boils. Remove and add peanut butter. Mix well and add to Special K. Stir until evenly coated. Press into buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Cool. Melt chips in double boiler, stirring constantly. Spread over Special K mixture. Cool and cut into bars.
