COUNTRY HAM CASSEROLE 
6 hard cooked eggs (sliced)
2 c. diced cooked ham
5 tbsp. melted butter
7 tbsp. flour
4 c. milk
3 tbsp. chopped onion
3 tbsp. chopped green pepper
3 tbsp. chopped celery
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. mustard

Arrange eggs and ham in layers in casserole dish. Blend flour and butter, gradually stir in milk. Cook until thickened. Add other ingredients and pour over ham and eggs. Sprinkle with bread crumbs mixed with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until brown and bubbly.
