DIET BLUE CHEESE DRESSING 
1 c. plain yogurt
2 tbsp. crumbled blue cheese
2 tsp. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 dash of bottled hot pepper sauce

In small mixer bowl, combine yogurt, half the blue cheese, sugar, celery seed and pepper sauce. Thoroughly beat dressing with rotary beater until smooth. Stir in remaining blue cheese. Transfer to jar; cover tightly and chill.

Makes 1 cup of salad dressing.
