SCALLOPED SCALLOPS OR FISH | |
1 lb. scallops or fish 2 c. soda cracker crumbs 1 c. soft bread crumbs 3/4 c. melted butter 1/2 tsp. salt Pepper to taste 1 c. light cream Wash scallops in cold running water and drain. Cut in half, crosswise, if using large scallops. Combine butter with bread crumbs and salt and pepper. In a greased baking dish alternate layers of scallops with layers of crumb mixture ending with crumb mixture. Add light cream and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. |
