MOCK APPLE PIE 
2 c. boiling water
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. cream of tartar
22 Ritz crackers

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Pre-cook bottom crust for 10 to 15 minutes. Put sugar and cream of tartar into boiling water. When it comes to full boil, drop in crackers. DO NOT STIR!!! Boil 2 minutes. Remove from heat, pour into pie crust. Dot with butter and cinnamon. Cover with top crust. Bake until crust is brown.
