APPLE DUMPLINGS 
5 or 6 tart apples
1 box Jiffy pie crust mix
1 1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
Cinnamon

Peel, core and quarter apples. Prepare pie crust mix according to directions. Roll pie crust out thin and cut into about 1 1/2 inch strips. Wrap each apple piece with crust. Arrange in dish about 2 inches deep. Sprinkle with cinnamon to taste. Boil water, sugar and butter and pour over apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
