HOME-STYLE PIMENTO CHEESE 
12 oz. coarsely grated cheddar cheese
2 (4 oz.) jars diced pimentos
1 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. onion, grated
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir to blend thoroughly. If more pepper and salt is needed, add to it.

Makes 3 cups. This is good to spread on celery and smoked turkey slices on French bread.
