QUICK & EASY TATER TOT PIE 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 med. onion, chopped fine
1 lg. pkg. tater tots, partially thawed
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk

Add chopped onions to ground chuck and saute until red is gone. Do not overcook. Line bottom of 8 x 8 inch pan with meat mixture, salt and pepper to taste. Do not pack the meat mixture. Cover meat mixture with broken tater tots. Mix soup with 1/2 cup milk and pour over tater tots. Bake in 400 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes. If you like cheese, add 1 cup grated cheese the last 5 minutes of baking.
