COCOA MOCHI 
2 c. mochiko
1 3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tbsp. baking soda
12 oz. can evaporated milk
12 oz. can frozen coconut milk, thawed
1/4 c. melted butter
2 eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. In large bowl add all ingredients and mix well with electric mixer. Pour in pan. Bake 1 hour. Cool before cutting. Makes 64 pieces.
