STRAWBERRIES DIPPED IN WHITE
CHOCOLATE
 
2 pts. fresh strawberries
6 oz. white chocolate or white-flavored chocolate baking bar, grated

Rinse strawberries and dry thoroughly (chocolate will not stick to wet strawberries). Set aside. Place chocolate in top of a double boiler; bring water to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook until chocolate melts. Grasp strawberries by stem and dip into chocolate; place on a wire rack sprayed with vegetable cooking spray and chill until firm. Serve within 8 hours. Yield: 3 to 4 dozen.
