STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
6 large green peppers
3 c. white or wild rice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 egg
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. ketchup

Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut tops off peppers. Remove seeds and membranes from inside peppers. Mix all ingredients together. Fill peppers with stuffing and cover with foil.

Bake for 35-45 minutes.
