YEAST ROLLS 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. mashed potatoes
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
2 pkg. yeast
4 c. flour
5 tbsp. sugar
5 tbsp. lukewarm water

Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water. Scald milk and let cool. Sift together sugar and flour. Beat eggs. Add butter and potatoes, milk and yeast mixture. Add liquid to dry mixture. Mix 1 hour before baking. Knead and shape into rolls. Let rise and bake at 450°F for 12-15 minutes.
