SCALLOPED POTATOES 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. onion, chopped
3 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Cornflake crumbs
Salt
Pepper

Thaw potatoes completely. Mix remaining ingredients with potatoes. Top with cornflake crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
