1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. chocolate pudding (NOT instant)
2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix

Prepare pudding with milk as directed on package for pudding. While pudding cools slightly, combine cake mix with eggs and mix until blended (mixture will be crumbly). Blend in warm pudding and chocolate chips. Pour into prepared 10-inch tube or Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes. Cool 15 minutes in pan. Remove and continue cooling. No icing needed.
