1 (3 oz.) pkg. chocolate pudding
1 chocolate cake mix
1 (6 oz.) pkg. of chocolate chips
4 oz. of walnut, chopped
2 c. of milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. Prepare chocolate pudding using 2 cups of milk. Mix dry cake mix into prepared pudding. Spread in pan. Sprinkle walnuts and chocolate chips over top. Bake according to time suggested on cake mix box. Check a few minutes before as the mix is already warm when it goes into the oven.
