1 (3 5/8 oz.) pkg. chocolate pudding & pie filling
1 devils food cake mix
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Prepare pudding according to directions. Cool slightly, combine with dry cake mix. Pour into greased 13"x9"x2" pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes.
