SWISS STEAK 
1 1/2 lb. round steak
Salt
Pepper
Flour
Oil
2 c. tomato juice
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt (for sauce)
Few drops Tabasco sauce (if desired)

Brown floured steak in oil or shortening. Salt and pepper. Combine remaining ingredients; add to steak. Cover tightly and simmer over low heat or bake in over for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
