SPANISH CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 - 2 lbs. ground beef
1 chopped onion
1 can (10 oz.) taco sauce
1 can (10 oz.) enchilada sauce
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lg. pkg. tortilla chips
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese

Brown beef and onion; drain fat. Add sauces and soups and mix well.

Place tortilla chips on bottom of 9x13 inch dish. Pour beef mixture over chips and top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
