FANCY CHICKEN LOG 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. steak sauce
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 1/2 c. cooked chicken
1/3 c. minced celery
1/4 c. fresh chopped parsley
1/4 c. chopped almonds
Ritz crackers

Blend together first 3 ingredients. Add chicken, celery and 2 tablespoons parsley. (Refrigerate remaining parsley.) Shape into a 9 inch log.

Wrap in plastic wrap and chill 4 hours or overnight. Toss together remaining parsley and almonds; use to coat log. Makes 3 cups.
