HASSELBACK POTATOES | |
4 potatoes, baking 5 tbsp. butter, divided 1 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. bread crumbs 1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese Slice potatoes widthwise almost through. Drizzle 2 tablespoons butter and the salt on potatoes. Bake 30 minutes. Drizzle remaining butter. Sprinkle bread crumbs over potatoes. Bake 20 minutes. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over potatoes. Bake 10 minutes more. |
