CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
6 to 8 chicken breasts, deboned
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream

TOPPING:

3 sticks Hi Ho crackers
1 stick butter

Mix everything together (but your crackers and butter). Pour in buttered dish. Melt butter, set aside. Crush crackers. Pour butter over crackers and toss until well coated. sprinkle cracker mixture over top of chicken mixture. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 20 minutes.
