BEEF SOUP 
1 lb. shank meat with round bone (approximately)
1 1/2 qt. water
1 env. MBT broth
Salt and pepper
1 onion, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
2 pieces celery, chopped
1 lg. potato, diced
1 can tomatoes
Noodles, approximately 4 oz.

Simmer meat in broth for 1 hour. Add vegetables and tomatoes and cook for another hour. Add noodles last 10 to 15 minutes. Cut up meat before serving.
