TRUFFLES 
24 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. sour cream
Unsweetened cocoa/coconut/chopped nuts

FLAVORINGS:

1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. brandy extract
1/2 tsp. rum extract

Place chocolate, butter, sour cream in 3 quart covered glass casserole. Heat in microwave 2 minutes. Stir. Heat 1 minute longer; stir. Divide into portions. Add 1 type of flavoring to each; mix well. Shape into small balls. Roll in cocoa, coconut or finely chopped nuts. Store in an airtight container.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
