SEAFOOD DIP 
1 lb. crabmeat or lobster (can use the imitation variety and use 1/2 lb. of each)
12 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
6 drops hot sauce
2 tsp. onion, chopped fine or onion salt
1/2 c. half and half

Combine ingredients in saucepan. Cook on low heat stirring frequently. Serve in chafing dish with a variety of crackers such as Triscuit or Wheat Thins.
