Black coffee
Ice cubes
Vanilla & (or) coffee, mocha ice cream
Whipped cream
A vanilla wafer to garnish

Make a pot of coffee in your everyday manner. Place in refrigerator to chill. In a tall glass, fill half with cold coffee, add 2 ice cubes, a bit of milk, ice cream, any or all of the above flavors. Add a generous scoop of whipped cream and top with a vanilla wafer.
