YUM YUM TARTE 
2 1/2 sticks butter
12 individual packs Sweet and Low
4 c. flour, sifted

More flour may be needed to bring about better consistency.

FILLING:

1/4 lb. light cream cheese, 8 oz. pkg.
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
12 individual packs Sweet and Low
2 env. Dream Whip
1 sm. box low-cal instant vanilla pudding
1 1/2 c. low-fat milk
2 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1 1/2 cans crushed pineapple
1 sm. bag chopped nuts
1 c. coconut
1 sm. jar cherries

Several toppings can be used: strawberries, blueberries, etc...

You can also get these toppings with less calories.

Crust: Cream butter and sugar and flour gradually with a fork or spoon. When it comes together (as in ball form), pat into center of 9x13 baking pan and work up sides until you have spread the crust evenly. Bake at 375 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes or until light brown. Remove and let cool.

Filling: Mix cream cheese (room temperature) and sugars. You can mix by hand or electric beater. In another bowl mix Dream Whip, pudding and milk along with vanilla - beat until stiff. After stiff add cream cheese mixture and blend together. Spread this filling over a cooled crust evenly.

Topping: Add your choice of fruit topping on top of filling. Then sprinkle coconut over fruit topping, over coconut sprinkle nuts, then top all with cherries.
