LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. salad oil
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tbsp. basil
1/2 tbsp. salt
2 1/2 (No.2) cans tomatoes
1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
10 oz. pkg. lasagna noodles, cooked as directed
3 c. cottage cheese
2 beaten eggs
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. parsley flakes

Brown together beef, oil and garlic. Add canned tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, basil and parsley flakes. Simmer 1 hour until thick. Mix together cottage cheese, beaten eggs, pepper, parsley flakes and Parmesan cheese.

Layer noodles, 1/2 cottage cheese, 1/2 Mozzarella cheese, 1/2 meat. Repeat.

Bake until bubbly 1 hour at 350°F.
