LENSON 
1 lb. butter
1/2 lb. butter
6 egg yolks
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 short whiskey
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 pt. sour cream
About 6 c. flour (measure 5 c. flour then as you need for consistency)

Combine all together. Roll out on lightly floured surface, approximately 1/4 inch. Use cookie cutter. place on ungreased cookie sheet. Beat egg whites a little (not stiff). Brush on cookie.

Mix some ground nuts with sugar. Sprinkle on top of egg white cookies. Bake at 350 degrees until a little brown. When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
