JELLED CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
1 c. hot water
1 (9 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drain and save juice
1 (10 oz.) cranberry relish orange (Indian Trail brand)
1/3 c. diced celery
1/3 c. chopped nuts

Dissolve jello in hot water; drain pineapple and reserve juice. Add water to syrup until you have 3/4 cup syrup. Add gelatin along with relish and pineapple, celery and nuts. Serves 6.
