HONEY NUT GRANOLA | |
2 1/2 c. oats, uncooked 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. sunflower nuts or chopped nuts 1/2 c. honey 1/3 c. butter, melted 1/4 c. unprocessed bran or wheat germ 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. raisins or dried fruit Combine all ingredients except dried fruit. Mix well. Bake on lightly greased 9 x 13 pan for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in fruit. Spread on ungreased cookie sheet. Cool. Store in airtight container in cool place. |
