DINNER ROLLS
1 c. water
1 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
2 pkgs. yeast
5 1/2- 6 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten

Combine water, milk and butter and heat to 120 degrees. Mix together the yeast, 3 cups of flour, sugar and salt. Add the heated mixture combining well and then add 2 well beaten eggs. Then add additional flour to form a stiff dough. When thoroughly combined, place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease top. Cover with a damp cloth and let rise until double (about 45 minutes to 1 hour). Punch down and fix as you like. I use a small amount of dough (jack ball size) to get about 6 dozen. Place in greased pan, brush with Crisco oil and let rise until double. Bake about 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees until golden brown. Brush with butter upon removal from oven.
