6 potatoes, boiled & diced
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. onion flakes or 1 med. onion, grated
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Paprika

Mix all ingredients except paprika. Heat slowly 5 minutes or until cream bubbles over potatoes. Serve (can be baked at 400 degrees until bubbly).
