TASTY PORK RAGOUT 
1/2 lb. pork loin, cubed
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 lg. clove garlic, pressed
1/2 tsp. rosemary, crumbled
2 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1 bouillon cube
1/2 c. water
2 c. cauliflower flowerettes
1 c. sliced carrots
2 c. hot cooked rice

Brown pork with onion, garlic and rosemary in butter. Salt and pepper to taste. Dissolve bouillon in water; stir into pork mixture. Cover, simmer 20 minutes.

Add cauliflower and carrots; cover and simmer 5 minutes longer or until tender-crisp. Serve with rice. Serves 2. The preparation time is 10 minutes, cooking time is 25 minutes.
