LAYERED VEGETABLE SALAD 
Leaf lettuce or romaine
Grated carrots
Chopped celery
Chopped green onions
10 oz. pkg. frozen peas
diced tomatoes
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. sugar

Layer vegetables in order given in glass bowl (for looks). Amounts of vegetables depends on number of people to be served. In small bowl mix mayonnaise and sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Spread on top to seal. Shake on Parmesan cheese. Refrigerate for 18 to 24 hours. Bacon or croutons may be used as garnish.
