CHARLOTTE'S GINGER CHICKEN 
6 to 8 chicken parts
6 tbsp. ground ginger (cover chicken with ginger)
1 c. soy sauce (enough to cover chicken parts)

Cover chicken with ginger. Place chicken in pan with soy sauce and let soak in refrigerator for 24 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until chicken is done.
