WATERGATE CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. pistachio pudding
3 eggs
1 c. oil
1 c. 7-Up
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Beat 2 minutes, then add nuts and blend. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
1 pkg. pistachio pudding
1 1/2 c. milk

Beat just until blended.
