6 c. sliced, pared tart apples (I use golden apples)
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. softened butter
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick mix
Streusel (recipe below)

Mix apples and cinnamon. Spread in a greased pie plate (10 x 1 1/2 inch). Beat next 5 ingredients for 1 minute with hand mixer. Pour over apples. Sprinkle with streusel. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven until knife inserted in center comes out clear, 55 to 65 minutes.

Streusel: Mix 1 cup Bisquick mix, 1/2 cup chopped nuts, 1/3 cup packed brown sugar, and 3 tablespoons firm butter until crumbly.
