6 c. pared, sliced apples
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter, softened
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick mix

Mix apples and spices. Spread in greased pie plate 10x1 1/2 inch. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour over apples and sprinkle with streusel. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Bake at 325 degrees for 55 to 65 minutes.

STREUSEL MIX:

1 c. bisquick
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/3 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. firm butter

Mix until crumbly.
