6 c. sliced apples
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. soft butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. Bisquick

Mix apples and spices. Spread in lightly greased pie pan, 10 inches by 1 1/2 inches. Beat other ingredients until smooth (15 seconds in blender on high) or 1 minute by hand mixer. Pour over apples.
