6 c. tart apples, pared and sliced
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter, softened
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix

Mix together apples, cinnamon, and nutmeg; spread in greased pie plate. Beat milk, butter, eggs, sugar, and Bisquick until smooth for 15 seconds in blender on high or with hand beater for 1 minute; pour over apples.

STRUDEL:

1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. firm butter

Combine Bisquick, nuts, brown sugar, and butter until creamy. Sprinkle pie mixture with strudel. Bake in oven at 325 degrees for 55 to 65 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.
