1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
3 c. egg noodles
Salt & pepper to taste
4 tbsp. butter
2 c. bread crumbs

Brown meat and drain. Mix meat, soup, sour cream and dry noodles together in a casserole dish. Melt butter and add bread crumbs and stir. Put bread crumbs over meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until done.
