HAM-ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE 
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. cooked ham
1 can asparagus, drained
3 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
Bread crumbs

Prepare white sauce of butter, salt, flour and milk. Alternate layers of ham, asparagus and eggs in greased 1 quart casserole. Pour white sauce over top. Top with bread crumbs. Bake in 325 degree oven for 25 minutes.

Serves 4 to 6.
