HEALTHY LASAGNA! 
1/2 (16 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
1 lb. ground turkey
1 med. onion, diced
1 lg. garlic clove, crushed
1 (14 oz.) jar marinara sauce
1 (15 oz.) lite ricotta cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Use a 12 x 8 inch dish. Prepare noodles as package directs. Drain. Meanwhile, in a 12 inch skillet over medium heat, cook turkey and onion about 5 minutes until turkey is lightly browned, stirring to break up meat, drain.

Spread 1/3 of sauce in dish and place 4 cooked noodles on top. Sprinkle half of the ricotta, broccoli and turkey mixture and 1/3 of the Mozzarella. Repeat layering ending with sauce and Mozzarella.

Cover dish with foil and bake 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
