CELERY SOUP BALLS 
2 cans celery soup
2/3 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1 egg
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 tbsp. minced onion (optional)
Salt and pepper
Garlic (optional)

Using 1/4 can of soup, mix above ingredients together to form 1 1/2 inch balls. Brown balls. Add remaining soup plus 1 can of celery soup. Cook and cover 20 minutes. Serve with rice, mashed potatoes or cook-fried noodles.
